职位描述

Responsible for delivery of integrated treasury and trade solutions to identified clients.

 
Partner closely with client-facing teammates in both the Global Corporate & Investment Bank and Global Commercial Bank to consult on sales opportunities and provide the product expertise and consultation necessary to deliver the best suitable solution to the client.
 
Works (with the client team) to determine client needs and develops potential solutions to meet those needs.
 
Leads the analysis and evaluation of potential solutions through cost benefit analysis.
 
Works with the Client Manager to assess the risk associated with potential solutions.
 
Ensures that other team members are informed of client needs and of the solutions to meet those needs.
 
Communicates client needs to Product Development (PD) and assists PD in the assessment of potential solutions and economic viability.
 
Responsible for supporting business development, achieving sales target and retention of existing large corporate / multinational / middle market multinational clients.
 
Enhance client base for the MNC/Local Corporate by generating additional revenues as mandated.
 
Monitor client revenues regularly to ensure any short fall in the revenue targets is met through the Sales/Client Management Process (SMP/CMP).
 
Develop and execute client plans for cross-regional clients in the region
 
Provide SMP/CMP updates on a quarterly basis.
 
Perform Ad Hoc projects to support the development of MNC/Local Corporate business.
 
Responsible for acquiring new relationships through the consultative sale of our Merchant Services products and solutions to potential and existing customers.
 
Leverages the Client Management Process with ease.
 
Build effective relationships with business partners, and other relationship associates with access to Commercial and Corporate clients.
 
Accountable for use and timely updates to pipeline and other sales related tools.
职位要求

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related disciplines.
 
Minimum 8 years of experience with a major financial institution’s cash management and/or trade sales function.
 
Knowledge of commercial banking, including cash management, trade, foreign exchange, credit and short-term investments.
 
Demonstrated success in deal closure and prospecting.
 
Creativity and innovation in designing client solution. Excellent analytical, sales, communication and presentation skills.
 
Track record as strong team player
 
Ability to multi-task and adapt to change.
 
Ability to work on complex regional and cross-regional treasury management and trade deals.
 
Ability to work and solve problems independently.
 
Strong client engagement skills. Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, etc).
 
Fluency in English with excellent oral and written communication skills.
 
Good organization skills and ability to prioritize workload from diverse sources.
