职位描述:
As the Sales Director, you will be responsible to increase sales for assigned accounts in accordance with corporate objectives. You will be managing all aspects of customer engagement including: customer’s demand schedule, credit issues, quote management, and product knowledge. This role is pivotal in the success of our business!
What you’ll be working on
Performance to Budget.
Enhance relationship at assigned accounts.
Level of account penetration and coverage on assigned accounts.
Future's Value Added Services deployed at customer.
Coordination with Regional Account Manager and Global Account Manager on assigned accounts.
Management of sales team.
职位要求:
University degree or above, related work experience.
10+ years of sales experience (bonus points if you’ve worked in the electronics distribution industry).
Strong communication and relationship building skills.
Rich team management experience.
Results-oriented work ethic and ability to perform under pressure.
Desire to delight customers - you anticipate customer needs and exceed expectations.
