What you will do
.Technically contribute and lead in related research and new technical solution
.Participate and/or drive technical analysis studies and development in new technology or systemization areas
. Drive software design and architecture that is scalable and maintainable
. Cooperate tightly with global architect team
. Teach, coach, challenge and develop individuals, teams and organization
. Support teams during development, verification and issue troubleshooting
职位要求：
You will bring
.Master degree or above with communication technology, electrical Engineering, computer technology or related subject
. 8+ years' experience in relevant areas, preferably with master of C/C++, embedded SW programming skills
. Excellent oral and written skills in English
Deep technical knowledge:
. Deep understanding of 4G, 5G
.Deep system knowledge in radio both in HW and SW area, such as signal processing, TX/RX algorithms, gain control, linearization
. Deep understanding and experience of C++ program skills, data structures and algorithms, design pattern and architecture principles
. Excellent knowledge and experience in Linux/Unix programming
. Familiar with communication interface protocols, such as SERDES, JESD204B/C, Ethernet
. Good knowledge of ASIC/FPGA technology
.Have systemization view in solution level while driving studies or software refactor
.Excellent understanding and experience with software architectural implementation\
